Attrives A/S is a leading Danish provider of social and health-related services with a broad portfolio of services in the areas of personal assistance, outpatient care, social services, and child and youth welfare. Through several operating companies, including Olivia Danmark, HOS Skole, HOS Hjem, Omsorg Sjælland, and Alenta, the company supports people with physical or mental disabilities as well as socially disadvantaged groups.
The focus is on providing individualized care and support services in the home environment, as well as specialized residential and educational programs.
Attrives employs approximately 2,200 people and generated revenue of approximately DKK 694 million (approx. EUR 93 million) in fiscal year 2025, with an EBITA of approximately DKK 40 million (approx. EUR 5.4 million).
CareLink Gruppen A/S is one of the leading private providers of health, care, and social services in Denmark.
The company offers a comprehensive range of services, ranging from home care and personal assistance to healthcare staffing and municipal health services, as well as family support and vocational reintegration. With the acquisition of Attrives, CareLink is further expanding its position as one of the largest Danish-controlled providers in the care sector.
Upon completion of the transaction, the group will generate annual revenue of more than DKK 3 billion (approx. EUR 402 million) and employ over 5,000 people. The acquisition expands both the group’s regional presence and its service portfolio, while strengthening its market position with public sector clients and municipal institutions.
CareLink is acquiring Attrives from the Swedish Team Olivia Group, which is controlled by Procuritas Capital Investors IV. Some financial details have been disclosed. The key terms of the transaction are:
Enterprise Value: DKK 282 million (approx. EUR 37.8 million)
Attrives Revenue (2025): DKK 694 million (approx. EUR 93 million)
Attrives’ EBITA (2025): DKK 40 million (approx. EUR 5.4 million)
Implied EV/EBITA multiple: approximately 7.0x The acquisition takes the form of a full takeover of Team Olivia’s Danish operations. The buyer is CareLink Gruppen A/S, supported by the owners Dansk Generationsskifte and Impact Partners.
The transaction is part of the ongoing consolidation of the Nordic care and social services market.
Rising demand due to demographic change, a growing shortage of skilled workers, and the trend toward outsourcing social services by public sector clients favor larger platform providers with a broad range of services and a national presence.
For CareLink, the acquisition represents a strategic step toward expanding into a leading nationwide care platform. In addition to a significant expansion of regional coverage, the company gains additional expertise in the areas of personal assistance, social care, child and youth services, and outpatient support services. At the same time, this creates potential for operational synergies, more efficient resource management, and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
For Team Olivia, the divestiture signifies a consistent focus on its core business in Sweden. By selling its Danish operations, the group is simplifying its geographic structure and creating additional financial flexibility to further develop its market position in Sweden.
