Martin Franz holds a degree in Business Administration from LMU Munich, one of Germany’s premier academic institutions. Over the course of his career, Martin has built a track record of leadership across multiple geographies, consistently delivering results in complex, cross-border environments.

He began his professional journey at Plaut International, advising multinational clients on process reengineering and corporate strategy. Martin then spent several years in Tokyo, serving as a manager and deepening his expertise in Asian markets - a perspective few Western executives can claim with the same depth.

Upon returning to Europe, Martin took on executive leadership roles at Access AG as COO/CIO, before transitioning to the healthcare sector where he joined the management board of Paul Hartmann AG, a globally recognized medical device manufacturer. He later served as Managing Director of a stem cell company, further deepening his exposure to the high-growth biotech and regenerative medicine segments.

Martin also held a position in investment banking at Integra Japan, where he advised on M&A transactions across Europe and Japan. His cross-border deal experience, especially in healthcare - spanning medical technology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices - positions him uniquely within the M&A advisory landscape.

Martin brings not only operational credibility from within the healthcare industry but also sharp transactional acumen - an uncommon combination that adds significant value in any deal context.
